When you’ve procrastinated on a big project and instead of pouring your heart into finishing it, you can’t seem to lift a finger

When you’re babysitting a kid who swallows a penny and you should be calling the parents but you’re frozen to the carpet

When you thought you’d get chosen for a team but you don’t see your name on the list, just your best friend’s

When no one understands why you’re so upset and instead of opening up and trying to explain, you close up like a shell
