Calling All Rappers: Qualify for the Houston Youth Poetry Team

1970632_737910056242234_288000755_nFor young people (ages 13-19), if you want to make the Houston slam team, you must compete in one of the preliminary slams.

The top 3 poets in each Prelim will advance to Space City Grand Slam at Discovery Green, April 26th at 6:30pm.
The next prelims are:
* Teenpoloza: Neuhaus Theatre (Alley Theatre), Friday March 7th, 7pm
*Mars Prelim Slam: 2pm this Saturday, March 8th at HPL Smith Neighborhood Library.

Events are free.
